BTInet offers a number of payment options for your service. Please review the options available to you, as well as our Acceptable Use Policy for further detail.
Around the first of each month you will receive an e-mail stating that your statement is ready for viewing along with a link to your online statement. For your security a username and password will be required to access your E-bill account. To set up your account please call our office at 701-557-5151. Once access has been established you will be able to view current and past statements, pay your bill online, or print out your statement and send in a check payment. Login to e-bill
To make a one-time payment by a credit or debit card you may call our office, or log into E-bill. These options allow you to make a payment at your convenience. BTInet can also setup an automated payment; this deduction will be automatically deducted from your credit or debit card on the fifth day of each month. BTInet accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
To set up an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account, please complete the Authorization Agreement for Automated Funds Transfer (AFT) and mail it to BTInet along with a voided check or deposit slip. That specific checking or savings account will be automatically deducted on the fifth day of each month.
If you prefer to receive a paper invoice each month, there will be a $4.95 monthly service fee applied to your account.
Billing Example: If you request your Internet service to be activated August 16th, your first bill will arrive on September 1st for the current month of September.
