The BTInet Help Desk is staffed from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our technicians are well versed in all aspects of Internet use, from initially setting up your BTInet account and connecting to the Internet to general browsing and sending and receiving E-mail.
The BTInet Help Desk can assist you in configuring Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8 and Outlook Express 6, Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail to work with our Internet access service. We support those items related to your BTInet service under the following operating systems: Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 as well as Macintosh System 10.
