BTInet Defined Verification Questions and Answers

In the event you forget your Verification ID, BTI will ask you one of the following security questions that you answered to verify your identity. While it is only necessary to provide the answer for one of these questions, we do recommend providing the answer to more than one.

What is the name of your first pet?

What was the color of your first car?

What hospital were you born in?

Where is the first place you worked?

What is your favorite Holiday?

Customer Provided Verification Question and Answer

You may also provide your own question and answer in addition to the ones we have listed above. This may be most helpful if you have multiple authorized contacts specified on your account, such as a business account, so that the question and answer is not specific to one person. We recommend using a question that can not be easily guessed or gleaned from public sources, such as the name of the business or when it was founded.
