Billing Changes

It has been our pleasure to provide our customers with reliable services over the years. Over that time, we have done periodic upgrades to many areas within BTI, and doing this has allowed us to continue providing that reliable service. These necessary upgrades are not always a part of the equipment used to provide your service and may involve items behind the scenes. However, through all of these upgrades we have been able to keep our services at an affordable rate, without any increases.
At this time, we are in the process of switching to a new billing system, which will result in a potential change in how BTInet will be able to bill our customers. Please review the information below that is pertinent to the type of service you currently receive from BTInet for more information on these changes.
