Change in BTInet Phone Numbers

Effective on March 1, 2009, BTInet's phone prefixes of "255 & 355" will officially change to "557." Please take note of the following changes below. (The new "557" prefix is already working, so these changes can be made any time between now and March 1st.)

New Business Office Number

Office	557-5151
Fax Machine	557-5152
Help Desk	557-5117
Direct-dial Extensions	557-xxxx (557 + extension)

BTInet Dial-Up Customers:

Because our Bismarck/Mandan dial-up access number will be changing to 557-5100, Bismarck/Mandan customers will need to make the changes below that apply to your specific computer.

Windows 98/ME	Windows 2000/XP	Macintosh
Double-click My Computer. Double-click Dial-Up Networking. Right-click your BTInet Dialer. Select Properties from the pop up menu. Change the phone number to 557-5100. Click OK and exit any open windows.	Double-click on your BTInet Dialer. Change the phone number to 557-5100. Click Dial to connect to the service. Answer Yes to "Make the phone number change permanent?"	Open your Remote Access or Internet Connect dialer. Change the phone number to 557-5100. Close the Dialer. OS X - Changes will be saved automatically. OS 8 & 9 - Answer Save to "Save changes to the current configuration?"
