Have you already adjusted your BTInet Spam Filter to the most aggressive Tag or Quarantine Score appropriate for your e-mail usage and are still receiving Spam? If so, please keep in mind that the BTInet Spam Filter makes a best effort approach to limiting the amount of Spam that reaches you; however, Spammers are constantly changing the methods they use to send these unwanted e-mails. If you have received an e-mail message you consider to be Spam, and it was not flagged by our filter, please forward it to spam@barracudanetworks.com for review. This information will allow future updates to be introduced to limit these new styles of messages.
