Windows Vista Support

As some of you may be aware, Microsoft has released its latest operating system, Windows Vista. Because this is a brand new operating system, the BTInet Help Desk will be offering limited Technical Support to customer's using this operating system. The Help Desk will provide best effort support of your Internet related issue under Windows Vista; however, if the issue is diagnosed to be operating system related, or well outside of areas we are able to support, you may need to seek further assistance from Microsoft or your computer vendor (if your computer came pre-installed with Vista.)

We hope you can understand the reasoning for this policy, as we learn together with you, all of the new features available in this operating system, as well as the issues that may arise with your Internet service while using it.
