What makes DSL better than Cable or Dial-Up access?

Cable networks are different in design, sharing neighborhood hubs. Because of that design, the more users that are in a neighborhood, the more likely the speed of the Internet connection will decrease.

With DSL you can use your phone or fax and be on the Internet at the same time while maintaining high speed connectivity, meaning you will never need to dial-up again. You will also have a continuous connection to the Internet that moves, at minimum, five times faster than typical dial-up.
