Email will not load; Appears to be stuck and/or keeps reloading the same messages.
You might have an email message on our server that is corrupted or too large for you to download. It will appear as if the incoming email is stuck at downloading your messages. If the download of messages is interrupted or cancelled, the next time you go into email, it will start at the beginning of the messages again, therefore, reloading the same messages, but never completing the download of all the messages.
- To see the messages that are on our server, go to http://webmail.btinet.net
- Enter your full email address and password
Click Log In
- The Inbox will list all the messages you have on our server.
The size of the message will be listed on the far right side of the screen.
- You may view or delete any of the messages
- To View the message
Click on the Subject of that message
- To Delete the message
Place a check mark (click) in the box in front of the message
Click Delete
- After Deleting the message
Click on Folders
Click Empty Trash
- Logout of webmail
