4. For Dial-up Customers
   Verify TCP/IP is configured properly in Windows 98
   Verify TCP/IP is configured properly in Windows ME
   Verify TCP/IP is configured properly in Windows 2000
   Verify TCP/IP is configured properly in Windows XP
