Back Up Your Mail   Windows 2000 and XP

1. Close all open applications, including Netscape
2. Right Click My Computer
   Click Explore
3. Click the plus sign (+) in front of C: drive
4. Click the plus sign (+) in front of Documents and Settings
5. Click the plus sign (+) in front of user (This is your Windows 2000 or Windows XP User Name)
6. Click the plus sign (+) in front of Application Data
7. Click the plus sign (+) in front of Mozilla
8. Click the plus sign (+) in front of Profiles
9. Click the plus sign (+) in front of Username
10. Click the plus sign (+) in front of *.slt (*varies depending on your system)
11. Click the plus sign (+) in front of Mail
12. Highlight pop.btinet.net (may vary depending on your system)
13. At the Top of the screen, Click Edit
    Click Copy
14. On the LEFT side of the screen, Scroll up to the top of the list
    Highlight Desktop
15. At the Top of the screen, Click Edit
    Click Paste
16. A copy of your Mail file will now exist on your desktop. This file is your backup.
