Leave a Copy of Messages on Server.

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click Tools
3. Click Accounts
4. Select Mail Tab
5. Click BTInet mail account to highlight it
6. Click Properties
7. Select Advanced Tab
8. Place a check in the box in front of Leave a copy of messages on server.
9. We recommend also checking the box in front of Remove from server after # of days.
10. Click OK
11. Click Close

NOTE:  BTInet allows 1 GB to be stored on our mail server.  If you are Over Quota, new mail messages will be rejected.  To avoid being over quota, Use WebMail to Veiw and Delete Messages in your Mailbox.
