What are the "Spam Quarantine Summary" and "Quarantine Inbox?"
If you have already adjusted your Spam Filter to enable the Quarantine feature (See Article SPAM13 for more info.), messages that previously came to your Inbox with the word “SPAM” or “BULK” at the beginning of the Subject line will now be “quarantined” in the Quarantine Inbox. Once quarantined, by default you will receive a “Spam Quarantine Summary” e-mail around 3:30 PM CT, detailing which messages were quarantined by the Spam Filter.
The “Quarantine Inbox” is an area detailing which messages were quarantined by our SPAM Filter and gives you additional options on what you can do with these messages. (See Article SPAM11 for more info.)
