  1. Login to Webmail
  2. Click the Options tab
  3. Click the Vacation Message tab
  4. Place a check mark in the box in front of Enable automatic vacation reply
  5. Fill in
    Start vacation notice date
    Stop vacation notice date
    Number of days between replies to repeat senders
    Subject
    Text
  6. Click Save Changes

Note:  To turn off automatic message, Uncheck the box in front of Enable automatic vacation reply.
