Leave a Copy of Messages on Servers

1. Open Windows Mail
2. Click Tools
   Click Accounts
3. Under the Mail Section
   Highlight the btinet mail account
   Click Properties
4. Click Advanced
   Place a check mark in the box in front of Leave a copy of messages on server
5. We recommend also checking the box in front of Remove from server after # of days.
6. Click OK
7. Click Close

NOTE:  BTInet allows 1 GB to be stored on our mail server.  If you are Over Quota, new mail messages will be rejected.  To avoid being over quota, Use WebMail to Veiw and Delete Messages in your Mailbox.
