We sincerely appreciate the days, months and even years of service we have been able to provide you with reliable services.
At this time BTInet is in the process of upgrading to a new billing system, which will result in some changes that will affect how we will be able to bill you. Starting September 1, 2008 the following changes will go into effect:
Currently you are receiving an invoice either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually for your services. With our new billing system this option will no longer be available; instead, we will be moving over to an automated system.
We now provide three payment options; we can do an automatic deduction from your Checking, Savings or Credit Card. This will be deducted from your account on the fifth of each month. While we are in the current billing system you will receive an email invoice each month stating the amount withdrawn from your account.
Once the new billing system is in place we may have more payment options available to you, but at this time we do need to make these changes in order to accommodate the transition to the new system.
Please fill out one of the forms located on our Payment Options and Billing Policy section prior to September 1, 2008 in order to avoid any additional fees that may apply.
