Dear Valued BTInet Customers,

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity of working with your company in providing dedicated services.

At this time BTInet is in the process of upgrading to a new billing system, which will result in some changes that will affect how we will be able to bill you. Starting September 1, 2008 the following changes will go into effect:

Currently you are receiving an invoice each month for your services. With our new billing system this option will no longer be available; instead, we will be moving over to an automated system.

We currently provide four payment options; we can do an automatic deduction from your Bank Account either Checking or Savings, auto withdrawal from a Credit Card and Wire Transfers directly into our account.

Automatic deduction: we will deduct your monthly fee from your account on the fifth of each month. While we are still using the current billing system you will receive an email invoice each month stating the amount withdrawn from your account. We’re still evaluating the notification options that will be available in the new system.

Wire Transfer: please contact Lori Brown in our Finance Department at 701-355-5401 and she will be able to get you the information needed in setting this up.

Once the new billing system is in place we may have more payment options available to you, but at this time we do need to make these changes in order to accommodate the transition to the new system.

Please fill out one of the forms located on our Payment Options and Billing Policy section, or contact Lori Brown at your earliest convenience, prior to September 1, 2008 in order to avoid any additional fees that may apply.
