May 20, 2008
We sincerely appreciate the many years we have been able to work with you and your employer by allowing us to offer a reliable Internet service at a discounted rate through your payroll office.
At this time BTInet is in the process of upgrading to a new billing system, which will result in some changes that will affect you. Starting August 1, 2008 the following changes will go into effect:
Currently you are having your Internet service automatically deducted from your paycheck. With our new billing system this option will no longer be available; instead, BTInet will bill you directly for your monthly services. Current employees participating in this program will be grandfathered in with the current rate you have been receiving as long as you switch to an automated payment by August 1, 2008.
We have three payment options; we can do an automatic deduction from your Checking, Savings or Credit Card. This will be deducted from your account on the fifth of each month. In order to stop your payroll deduction BTInet will notify your employer once the form is received.
Once the new billing system is in place we may have more payment options available to you, but at this time we do need to make these changes in order to accommodate the transition to the new system. If you wish to make any changes to your payment options we ask that you check back with BTInet some time in January once the transition is completed.
Please fill out one of the forms located on our Payment Options and Billing Policy section prior to August 1, 2008 in order to avoid any additional fees that may apply.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but sincerely appreciate all of your assistance in making this a smooth transition for you and your employer. If you have any questions or concerns, please call my office at 701-355-5592 or email me at accounts@btinet.net.
Sincerely,
Kristi Wuitschick
