Payment Options and Billing Policy

BTInet offers a number of payment options for your service.  Please review the options available to you, as well as our Usage Agreement for further detail.

Payment Options

Monthly Payment by Credit Card

To have your payment made by credit card, you simply need to sign the Authorized Agreement for Credit Card Payments to allow us to initiate debits from your credit card account. After we receive your signed form in the mail, we will update your account with this payment method within three (3) days. You can also update your account immediately by contacting us with your credit card information.

Monthly Payment by Auto Deduction

Monthly payment by auto deduction allows your monthly payment to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. You simply need to sign an Authorization Agreement for Automated Funds Transfer (AFT) and mail it to us along with a voided check or deposit slip. Once we receive those, we will update your account with this payment method within three (3) days.

Billing Policy

  • When you sign up for service, you can have your account activated immediately (mid-month) or on the first day of the next month.
  • Your first month of Internet service is free, starting with the day BTInet sets up your account. However, if you just recently discontinued BTInet service, you are not eligible for the free month if you sign up again.
  • If you cancel service after the first of the month, the cancellation will be effective at the end of that month.
  • BTInet bills on the first day of the month, in advance of service. We prorate the monthly fee for any days of service between the end of your free month and the beginning of your first billing cycle.
Billing Example: If you request your Internet service to be activated Aug. 15, you receive service for Aug. 15 - Sept. 15 free of charge as your first free month. Your first bill would arrive Oct. 1. If you are paying by the month, that first bill would include the prorated fee for the last half of September plus the fee for the month of October. If you are prepaying for 6 months in advance, for example, your bill would include the prorated fee for the last half of September plus the fee for the upcoming 6 months of service.
